Chelsea won 2-0 over Liverpool

Chelsea came closer to the Premier League title with a important victory against Liverpool.

The result gave them a point lead in the table and they have only one game to play against the Wigan Athletic.

Costly error by Gerrard captain of Liverpool gave Drogba an easy goal to open the score in the first half of match and in the second half goal by Frank Lampard doubled the score and took the lead 2-0 and that was enough to take them a victory at Anfield.

The result gave them a one point clear of Manutd, and they have all the chance of winning the EPL Title after three years unless they make a silly mistake at the last match of this season for chelsea.

Arsenal 2-3 Wigan Athletic

Wigan Athletic won 3-2 over Arsenal

Arsenal appeared to be cruising to victory on most of the match as they scored goals either side of half time from Theo Walcott at 41st minute and Mikael Silvestre at 47th minute. and it was enough to put them into three points behind of Chelsea.

They were 2-0 until 79th minute of the match, but three goals in the final 11 minutes gave Wigan Athletic a stunning victory over Arsenal.

For wigan the win came after eight defeats and a draw in the EPL against Arsenal, Wigan this season won against Chelsea and Liverpool this season and now also Arsenal and this is a big boost. and as far as concerned the race for title is over.

Tevez helps Manchester city

The hattrick goals from carlos tevez helped Manchester city to take a win over the wigan athletic .

Tevez scored his trible in a span of 13 minutes after one player has been given red card. and its been his 25th goal of the season and he is in tremendous form.

On the monday match against Wigan athletic liverpool a win is a must to secure fourth place ,but it dint happen as Liverpool lost the match 1-0 to Wigan athletic .

Eventhough Liverpool has many chances but couldn't convert into the goals as Torres missed a volley. The wigan striker Hugo Rodallega's sole goal secure the match for them and to take the three points comfortabily.
